Big Bear Country, developed and managed by TelState International Corporation (TSI) , is dedicated to the Big Bear community that we appreciate so much -- to the pine trees, the mountains, the lake and the people -- those that live here and our welcome visitors from down the hill.
TSI is owned by local Big Bear resident Connie Kelly. We've been in the web design and consulting business since July, 1994. That practically makes us old-timers by internet standards!
